Customers say the rug is visually appealing with attractive neutral colours and a soft, comfortable texture underfoot that works well across various spaces. While many appreciate its thickness and woven design, some note that fold creases can take time to flatten out and that shades may appear slightly lighter than pictured. A few reviewers also advise that the weave can show debris or snag in higher-traffic settings.
The rug was folded for shipping and the creases won’t come out. Why in the world would you do that?
