Customers love the vibrant colors, stylish patterns, and exceptional value offered by this rug. Many reviewers appreciate how nicely it complements their home decor and note that it feels soft underfoot. Some customers mention that it can take extra time and effort for packaging folds or creases to fully flatten out upon arrival.
This is my second rug to order from rugs.com and one thing I can say about them is that their pictures are very accurately show color and design. I always pay attention to the close-ups that show the actual colors and so far both rugs one being a very large and the other being a hallway runner have been exactly what I expected if not better once they arrived. One of the rugs are ordered was an 11 x 14 if I remember right it’s a large rug and because they did not roll it. Thankfully it was folded. It did not have the curled edges that are so problematic with rugs yes it did have folds but those eventually go away with time. I think for the price it’s hard to beat the rugs on rugs.com. Both of the ones I ordered were made with the polypropylene. The next rug I plan to order is going to be a natural fiber like Cecil or seagrass.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · CreamOverall this is a wonderful rug for the cost! My biggest complaint isn't about the rug. It is how they fold it to ship it. I've had the rug about 10 days and because they fold it there are creases all over it and it just doesn't lay right. I left it alone at first hoping it would rest. I rolled the edges back to help it lay flat. I finally tried the damp towels someone suggested which helped maybe the most but there are still so many creases. I am really hoping time and traffic on it will help. As for the rug itself its beautiful but kinda thin which I expected for the price. I bought the pad but I might go and buy a thicker one soon.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · TerracottaWe just bought these rugs for a cottage dining room and wooden staircase. The older home has oak steps that are narrower than newer homes so the carpet makes it easier for us and pets to walk on them. Colors are vivid! I love them!
Reviewing a different size or color: 4x6 · BrownI bought two of these rugs given the great sale price of $99. I put one in my living room and another in the adjoining dining room. They look expensive and bring such vibrance to both rooms. I cannot say enough good things about this rug!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · Navy BlueThis is the first time I have ever purchased a rug. I wanted something inexpensive so I decided to purchase it online. I came across this site but was a little skeptical. I purchased this rug and I was very excited to receive this item. After a week of having the rug I really like it. There are some flaws that come it like but after a few days it will get better. At first it wasn't laying flat but I knew it was because of the way it was packaged. After a few days it laid completely flat on its own. The first few days it has a new carpet smell which is very unpleasant but it goes away. It's a good product.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · IvoryLayed out flat after 1 vacuume pass. Very little shedding. I was surprised. Very soft. We haven't spilled anything yet but it feels and looks to be very easy to clean. A great value.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Dark GrayWe bought this rug for our great room. It is the centerpiece and we just love It. Couldn't believe the quality for the price! Bravo!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · Dark Grayi have several very valuable rugs from Pakistan made in the 70s so i know a good rug. This of course is not of that quality BUT i needed a rug for a high traffic pool cabana and chose this one for the colors. It is exactly as pictured very nice. It is a bit thin as some here have noted but i bought the pad and added a better pad now it has a real quality feel. It was wrinkled as some here also complained but i put it outside on a bright sunny day and misted it slightly with tap water and now it lays perfectly flat. i am ordering another one of a different color. This is a truly amazing value and the company sent it in two days! Five Stars
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · GreenI couldn’t be happier. I bought this rug and 3 more after I saw it. You can’t beat the price for the quality.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · BlueNice design fits with our decor although having a hard time laying completely flat after a week. Husband notices a little chip on one part of the rug outline
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · Dark GrayIt looks nice with reasonable price. The only drawback is that it is little bit smelly. Hope it will go away soon.
