There’s nothing to dislike about my purchase. It’s all positive. It fits well on the patio and the colors are good for hiding dirt. The rug is very nice in this space and protects the wood furniture legs from the rough concrete. Just sweep the debris off and it’s ready in a flash.

Terrible customer service!

I’ve emailed the company twice for their return/exchange policy because I ordered the wrong size. That was several months ago and I’ve still yet to hear back from them. So now I have a rug I can’t use that is brand new and never been used. Please help!

Very Disappointed in Runner and Pad

The runner is very thin and the corners easily lift up and it’s very easy to catch your foot on the edge of the rug. I bought the rug pad too and the rug won’t stay attached to it—it moves around. All in all, I’m very disappointed in this rug and pad.
