Got what i ordered without any problems. Was kept in touch with delivery at all times. Not exactly the colour i thought but thats just buying off photos but not disappointed .Only down side is it was so tightly rolled up its been a long job too get it to lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · BlackI love the look of this rug it looks great in our dining room! The delivery was as promised and it was well packaged. The downside is the rug is not as thick as i would have liked and more importantly after 2 weeks the edges of the rug do not lay flat creating a tripping hazzard. I have placed the dining chairs around perimeter of the rug for a week with little improvement. I have used ice cubes which has helped somewhat but still after doing that twice the corners are still curled up.
